As a manager you are responsible for internal company management with Odoo ERP software:
- You are responsible for managing, developing and maintaining the company's ODOO software
- You are available to respond to requests and solicitations from internal employees
- You gather and evaluate user feedback. So that you can recommend and execute improvements
- You promote the ERP system and continue to develop its applications in line with the company's internal needs
- You produce clean and efficient customization application
- Ensure the annual update of Odoo software
- Manage links between Odoo and third-party application
- You are responsible for implementing the company's internal management processes
Why you are the Odoo ERP & Internal Process Manager we've been looking for:
- You have a Master degree in Management or Software Engineering or you are equal by experience
- Having worked actively in the Odoo environment is a major advantage
- You are an enthusiastic, dynamic and proactive, open to share experience and knowledge
- You have the necessary perseverance and excellent problem solving skills
- You are hands-on, goal driven, and have excellent communication skills
- You have a flexible way of working and adapt yourself to the constraints
- You have a natural talent for teamwork that drives your team to excellence. But also have the ability to manage tasks independently
- Following technical skills are required:
- ODOO ERP software
- Python
- Java
- XML
- QWeb report
- Additional skills we like to see
- Git
- Linux
- As a person made available to in-house staff, you are fluent in French and/or Dutch and have a good knowledge of English
