Invitation to Participate in Macq's Diversity Plan 

Dear Colleagues, At Macq, we firmly believe in the power of diversity and inclusion. To mark this occasion, we have decided to launch a diversity plan and we invite you to get involved!

What is the Diversity Plan?

The Diversity Plan at Macq is an initiative to make our workplace even more inclusive. Our goal is to foster a culture where everyone, regardless of their background or beliefs, feels valued and respected.

 Why is your participation important?

Diversity enriches our team with unique perspectives that drive innovation and enhance our performance. Your involvement is crucial for bringing a wide range of insights and experiences to our company, which is essential for our growth and success.

What does the plan involve? We are seeking a diverse group of 5 to 10 enthusiastic employees who:

• Represent different functions, ages, backgrounds, and nationalities
• Are committed to working together towards a more inclusive Macq

Over the next two years, we will hold 3 sessions of 2 hours each, led by an expert in diversity and inclusion. These sessions are designed to deepen our understanding and develop collective actions that contribute to a more inclusive work environment.

What can you expect?

• Constructive discussions and workshops with an experienced facilitator.
• The opportunity to actively shape an inclusive culture at Macq.
• Actively contributing to the certification of our company and obtaining a recognised label

Invitation à participer au plan de diversité de Macq 

Chers collègues, Chez Macq, nous croyons fermement au pouvoir de la diversité et de l'inclusion. A cette occasion, nous avons décidé de lancer un plan de diversité et nous vous invitons à y participer!

Qu'est-ce que le plan de diversité ?

Le plan de diversité de Macq est une initiative visant à rendre notre lieu de travail encore plus inclusif. Notre objectif est de favoriser une culture où chacune, quelles que soient ses origines ou ses croyances, se sent valorisée et respectée

Pourquoi votre participation est-elle importante ?

La diversité enrichit notre équipe de perspectives uniques qui stimulent l'innovation et améliorent nos performances. Votre participation est essentielle pour apporter un large éventail de points de vue et d'expériences à notre entreprise, ce qui est indispensable à notre croissance et à notre succès.

En quoi consiste le plan ? Nous voulons constituer un groupe de travail (le plus  diversifié  possible) de 5 à 10 personnes enthousiastes qui :

• Représentent  la diversité déjà existante au sein de notre société (fonctions, âge, ancienneté, nationalité, genre,....)
• S'engagent à travailler ensemble  pour faire de Macq  un employeur encore plus inclusif.

Au cours des deux prochaines années, nous organiserons 3 sessions de 2 heures chacune, animées par un expert en matière de diversité et d'inclusion. Ces sessions sont conçues pour approfondir notre compréhension et développer des actions collectifs qui contribuent à un environnement de travail plus inclusif.

Beste collega's, Bij Macq geloven we sterk in de kracht van diversiteit en inclusie. Ter gelegenheid hiervan hebben we besloten een diversiteitsplan te lanceren en we nodigen je uit om mee te doen!

Wat is het Diversiteitsplan?

Het Diversiteitsplan bij Macq is een initiatief om onze werkplek nog inclusiever te maken. Ons doel is een cultuur te creëren waarin iedereen, ongeacht achtergrond of overtuiging, zich gewaardeerd en gerespecteerd voelt.

Waarom is jouw deelname belangrijk?

Diversiteit verrijkt ons team met unieke perspectieven die innovatie stimuleren en onze prestaties verbeteren. Jouw betrokkenheid is cruciaal voor het inbrengen van een breed scala aan inzichten en ervaringen in ons bedrijf, wat essentieel is voor onze groei en ons succes.

Wat houdt het plan in? We zijn op zoek naar een diverse groep van 5 tot 10 enthousiaste medewerkers die:

• Verschillende functies, leeftijden, achtergronden en nationaliteiten vertegenwoordigen
• Samen willen werken aan een meer inclusieve Macq

De komende twee jaar houden we 3 sessies van elk 2 uur onder leiding van een expert op het gebied van diversiteit en inclusie. Deze sessies zijn bedoeld om ons begrip te verdiepen en collectieve acties te ontwikkelen die bijdragen aan een meer inclusieve werkomgeving.

Wat kun je verwachten?

• Constructieve discussies en workshops met een ervaren facilitator.
• De mogelijkheid om actief vorm te geven aan een inclusieve cultuur bij Macq.
• Actief bijdragen aan de certificering van ons bedrijf en het verkrijgen van een erkend label
